One booth for non-commercial exhibition: USD 2,000.00 or RMB 13,660
Additional booth equipment will be available to exhibitors at an additional cost. Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis. Therefore, exhibitors are encouraged to submit their completed Exhibition Application Form and full payment as soon as possible before March 1, 2010. No applications will be processed and accepted without full payment.
Exhibitors should not sub-contract (resell) booth space to any other organization or individual. Sub-contracting (reselling) booth space and/or leasing time in a booth are violations of the event policy and will result in expulsion. In such instances, booth fees will not be refunded.

Exhibition Appication Form can be downloaded from the conference website and should be filled in and faxed before March 1, 2010 to Mr. Ge Jiufeng, LOC of ICCE 2010 at 86-25-83734321 or 86-25-85828888.

April 1, 2010 Approval of application/Exhibition Acceptance Notice sent out
June 30, 2010 Booths will be delivered to exhibitors at 22:30. All exhibition materials
must be set up and ready by 06:00, July 1, 2010
July 1, 2010 The exhibition will be inaugurated at 10:00
July 1 to 5, 2010 Show hours: 09:00 – 18:00
July 5, 2010 Dismantling: all exhibition materials must be removed from the booths by 23:00
Cancellation Policy for Exhibition
Cancellation and changes to your original booking must be done in writing to the Exhibition Organizer. The following sum will be retained for cancellation:
Cancellation until May 1, 2010 30% of the full payment of each booth will be retained
Cancellation until June 10, 2010 70% of the full payment of each booth will be retained
Cancellation later than June 10, 2010 100% of the full payment of each booth will be retained
