Instruction on ICCE 2010 Poster Presentation
Duration - The time available for each poster paper presentation is 5 minutes in Sessions A, B, C, D, E on Friday and Saturday. Authors will have the opportunity to present their work (poster content) within 3 slides of the same formats and media types, which are acceptable for the oral presentations. Please make sure that you hand over your oral presentation material (DVD, CD-ROM or MEMORY STICK) to the technical assistants in the Media Check Room well in advance of the scheduled time for the poster presentation.
All poster exhibits will be displayed for one day (on the day of presentation) in the designated poster area within the relevant conference rooms.
Preparation - Poster boards will be provided for mounting each poster exhibit.
Each poster board, with a size of width 1 m × height 2.50 m (see the picture of poster board), will be divided into two parts, namely upper part and lower part, shared by two posters, each part having a display panel of width 1 m × height 1.20 m in portrait orientation.
The text of the poster exhibit should be printed or typewritten and enlarged so that it can be read from a distance of at least 2 metres. Kindly indicate NAMES of AUTHORS, AFFILIATIONS, ORGANISATIONS and TITLE of the paper as header of your poster with lettering of at least 25 mm (72 points) high. If the poster is made of several elements, the minimum size of an individual element is A3 (420mm x 297mm).
Set-up schedule - All poster exhibits are required to be set up on the day of poster presentation, 20 minutes before the morning sessions (Thu, Fri, Sun, Mon) and afternoon sessions (Sat). All poster exhibits should be designed for mounting with double-sided, self-adhesive tape. The organizer bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of the poster exhibits on display at the conference.
Removal schedule - All the displayed poster exhibits should be removed at the end of afternoon sessions.
